We offer a 14-day return policy in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, without providing a reason.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the exact same condition as received
Unworn, unused, and unaltered
With all original tags attached
In original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase

⚠️ Important: Due to the nature of vintage and second-hand items, all products may show signs of wear. These are clearly described and photographed before purchase and do not qualify as defects.

How to request a return

Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted

If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method

Condition & inspection

All returns are strictly inspected upon arrival.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or reduce refunds if:

The item shows signs of use, wear, washing, or damage after delivery
Tags or packaging are missing
The item is returned in a different condition than received

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

Sale items (discounted products)
Gift cards
Custom or personalized items
Items marked as final sale

Damages and incorrect items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive an item that is:

Defective beyond described condition
Incorrect

Vintage condition disclaimer

All items sold are vintage and/or second-hand.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that:

Items are not new and may have minor imperfections
Signs of wear, aging, or previous use are expected and part of the product
These characteristics do not constitute grounds for return

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

You will be notified of approval or rejection
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

We may withhold part of the refund if the item has diminished value due to handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it.
